Field Technician/Drill Helper:
Alpha Geotechnical and Testing Services has provided soil testing services, geotechnical studies and construction materials testing on more than 3,500 projects throughout the Florida panhandle since 1998. This position will be responsible for soil testing/drilling on construction sites and in laboratory, working with both a hand auger and on a drill rig. Outdoors work in woodlands and construction sites. Heavy lifting required.
We are hiring both a full-time position (M-F 8am-5pm) as well as interested in candidates who could work part-time a few days a week.
Starting pay rate is $12-$17/hour depending on experience. However, no experience is necessarywill train.
Qualifications:
Must have driver's license and good driving record
Must be reliable with excellent time management skills
Construction or geotechnical testing experience preferred but not required
