Our client is looking for an HR Reporting & Analytics Associate to help them get a handle on HR and employee data in order to report information to upper management. The position is located in one of their 4 offices located in Jersey City, Dallas, Boston and Tampa, FL (with Tampa being the primary location). It is a remote position now and will become a hybrid role (work at home and work at office) in early 2022.

Job Description:Responsible for providing functional and technical support of the Company's existing and future HR Reporting and Analytics portfolio and supporting improvements to the teams Project Management methodologies and business practices. The Senior HR Reporting and Analytics Associate will capture detailed requirements, compile business and functional design documents, translating those into meaningful reports and dashboards for end users. Additionally, this position will support team members, other areas of HR and the business in developing sophisticated reports and supporting downstream business processes and systems. The Senior HR Reporting and Analytics Associate will assist in leading the ongoing transformation of the HR technology and operations organization ensuring tools and processes continuously meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day to day support in compiling, redefining, and visualizing data and delivering timely and accurate analysis of the company workforce data
  • Design, develop, maintain, and deliver key monthly dashboards and metrics, scheduled and ad hoc reports and queries that meet the business needs of partners and support all areas of HR
  • Directly support all customers of HR data to determine their needs, define the best approach to meet those needs and implement the solution. Interface between IT, Finance, and other business partners on reporting matters
  • Drive the organization towards a self-service model by assisting with automating the delivery of reports and dashboards. Participate in cross-functional Data Reporting project team meetings to ensure strategy and operational issues are reviewed and addressed
  • Solve all reporting-related issues and problems. Research and resolve system issues and inquiries via various hotlines and mailboxes
  • Collaborate closely with up and downstream partners to ensure data accuracy and timely entry of the underlying system data
  • Assist with maintaining the HR Technology and Operations portfolio ensuring ongoing integrity of data through process review, security administration, audit, and team validation
  • Lead projects of varying complexity, driving project meetings, and contributing to activities such as business requirements gathering, business process mapping and analysis, system configuration, user acceptance testing and end-user support
  • Identify, develop, deliver, and maintain training for end-users, managers and admins as necessary. Build and maintain all reporting processes and procedures, and support the development of team capabilities, training other Analyst(s)
  • Maintain and update Project Management related documentation, record teamwork efforts and project items within JIRA and assist with Quarterly Business Reviews, develop content that provides relevant insights and metrics to the Client
  • Provide coordination and analytical support on ad-hoc projects, requests, and reporting
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately.

Qualification:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Intelligence or equivalent work experience/exposure in reporting/analytics or other HR technology related role
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with reporting tools and technologies including Oracle HCM, BI Publisher, OTBI, OTBIE, Taleo, HCM Cloud and Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Advanced Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables, charts, graphing and macros
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical abilities to solve problems and issues
  • Experience balancing a dynamic workload with changing priorities, deadlines, and project scopes
