- Strong experience in project management in BFS domain with experience around 10-12 years.
- Lead the project team in all aspects of the project. Experience in managing development, testing, Analysis project.
- Build detail activity plans for development and release of the deliverables and align with the Regional Implementation Lead directions, execute activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Partner with the Global team and any other appropriate organization
- Responsible for end to end project delivery, resourcing and profit center management.
- Drive organizational change taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities. Acts as a champion for business process changes; act behind the scenes to craft solutions for business problems related or tangential to the project.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
- Pro-active in developing and implementing solutions that significantly mitigate risk.
- Demonstrate Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills

- Ensures open communication across project team members.
- Industry certification in project management is mandatory as per client onboarding policies.
