Call center manager needed for Tampa in home sales company.
Applicant must have call center management experience with a working knowledge of the in home sales business model.
This is a fast paced and great working environment. A knowledge of Lead Perfection and Five Nine would be helpful.
Expectations of a call center leader would be, Hiring, scheduling, Keeping budget needs, along with a daily training program.
Call center manager would be required to work from the office located in Tampa just north of TIA.
This position includes a good base salary, monthly incentive bonuses, paid holidays, Pad sick days, and vacation pay.
