The Team The IT Governance and Assurance Department advances organizational goals through the effective and efficient use of IT by ensuring IT has the necessary capabilities and controls to enhance the stability of DTCC products. The department is responsible for maturing core IT business management and governance capabilities.

What You'll Do
  • Create UAT test plans and scripts based upon the business functionality defined in the requirements and user stories.
  • Maintain test cases and Scripts and execute test in ALM
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with Product Management, Application Development, DevOps and other ETE in planning and coordination.
  • Perform end to end testing of applications from an end user perspective for functional accuracy and usability.
  • Document test results expected or unexpected.
  • Write software problem descriptions and maintain accurate and report timely statuses.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentoring of UAT staff.
  • Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

Your talents needed for success
  • Requires knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle model (SILC), Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, enhance and execute and run selenum automated scripts.
  • Understanding of usability standards and end user testing
  • Experienced in mentoring more junior UAT analysts and providing guidance as needed.
  • Experience with Software Requirement and Test Management tools like JIRA, HP ALM
  • Strong knowledge of Clearing and Settlement business
  • Working knowledge of securities clearing, settlement and asset servicing
  • Business experience with financial services applications

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
