Kelly Services is seeking a Computer Validation Specialist for a contract position Client in Petersburg FL. . If this position may be interested to you, please email me back at (with your most up to date resume in word format) and advise the best time and number at which you can be reached Job Title: Computer Validation Specialist Location: Petersburg FL, 33716 (ONSITE) Type: Contract (W2) Pay Rate - $30 per hour Duration- 6 months with possibility of extension Education - Requires BA or BS in scientific field. A degree in the field of Chemistry is preferable.

  • Experience - At least 1-2 years of experience in lab computerized system qualification /validation.
  • Strong computer skills - must be able to troubleshoot software problems as well as identify network related issues.
  • Experience working in GMP environment.
Specific Activities, and Responsibilities:
  • Expert on GAMP requirements for laboratory computerized systems.
  • Responsible for data integrity assessments for existing as well as new laboratory equipment.
  • Responsible to determine software qualification strategy including development of validation plan, system requirements specification (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) etc.
  • Expertise on development of qualification test scripts and execution.
  • Working knowledge of analytical laboratory equipment is a plus.
  • Be able to work with IT department to ensure laboratory equipment are connected to specific network and be able to configure back-up per internal requirements and procedures.
