1. Certified Scrum Master with minimum 5 years of working experience managing one or more scrum team2. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry with strong technical acumen & insurance business understanding3. Should have knowledge of Insurance industries - Insurance Domain or Insurance brokerage domain4. Should be able to understand the product dynamics and guide and remove impediments of the product implementation personnel5. Mandatory to have hands on knowledge on JIRA, Confluence6. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals7. Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders during all project phases, from initial development through implementation 8. Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects 9. Full understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
