Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Tampa, Florida. This role requires a high level of organization and meticulousness within a fast-paced office environment.Responsibilities: Oversee the processing and inputting of invoices into OCR in AnyDocs, ensuring accuracy at all times Promptly submit processed invoices to OnBase, maintaining a streamlined workflow Manage the Accounts Payable email inbox, responding to queries in a timely and detail oriented manner Prepare checks for mailing, ensuring all details are correct and that they are dispatched on time Maintain thorough records of customer credit, updating details as necessary Monitor customer accounts regularly, proactively taking appropriate action when required Conduct regular audits to ensure all accounting functions are being performed correctly Utilize accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools for efficient workflow Carry out account coding and accrual accounting tasks, upholding the highest standards of accuracy Manage transactions through Automated Clearing House (ACH), ensuring all details are correct and up to date Requirements Proficiency in Account Coding. Experience with Accounting Software Systems. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services. Proficient with Concur software. Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Capable of performing various Accounting Functions. Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP). Knowledge of Accrual Accounting. Experience in Auditing. Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH). Proficiency in using OnBase software. Skilled in Coding Invoices. Ability to Code Invoices accurately. Experience in Entering Invoices.
