Grow your career as anApplication Production Support Analyst with an innovative global bank. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will monitor batch jobs, maintain application infrastructure, access risks to the production environment and liaise with Development for releases and bug fixes.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's/University degree is required.
- 4+ years of production support experience in a Unix Oracle/Sql environment.
- Must have experience with Unix Oracle/SQL.
- Must be able to troubleshoot SQL queries.
- Unix/Java/Oracle DB knowledge/Autosys/writing scripts
- Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
- Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
- Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
- Issue tracking and reporting using tools.
- Knowledge/experience of problem management tools.
- Good all-round technical skills.
