- 10+ years of related work experience.
- Deep knowledge of payment processing and related technology.
- Proven experience in gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements and functional requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a varied workload with multiple stakeholders.
- Robust ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to clearly convey complex information while adjusting style to the intended audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with coding is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lead/partner with colleagues to document formal requirements, use cases, and user stories which ensure that the software solutions developed and tested are fit for purpose, meet business needs and are operationally sustainable.
- Passionate about managing or coordinating solution development activities including working with internal and external resources.
- Experience with working alongside the product leadership to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise operations.
- Adept at working with teammates and stakeholders to gather, model and analyze data to test hypotheses and size opportunities of major change and process improvements.
- History in documenting clear requirements for APIs that our clients and technology delivery teams can use.
- Ability to partner with product leads to ensure solutions have a positive impact on client experience and business profitability.
