- Discovery: Engage stakeholders & identify system; process & data flows supporting Cap Markets Products in NAM
- Verify, Document and Publish Systems, Process and Data flows identified above
- Draft, socialize and publish recommendations for integrating relevant functionality across surviving systems
- Develop action / project plans based on recommendations approved by stakeholders
- Support the action plans going forward
- Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
- Working with users, business analysts, and developers to understand user and system requirements
- Delivering material/presentations to Senior Management, internal and external clients
- Ensure compliance with Citi policies, and procedures and guidelines

- Projects in a product space experiencing strong growth
- Development of product knowledge front to back
- 10+ years of Total experience as Business Analyst
- Relevant Business Analyst certifications is a plus
- Financial Service experience is a must
- Experience in Investment Products – see list above
- Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
- Strong user engagement skills
- Strong System Process and data flow mapping skills
- Product Desk exposure is a plus
- Tools – MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Professional attitude. Effective working relationships
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in a clear and concise manner with various stakeholders
- Self-motivated / team player that works well with individuals-groups in a complex, global organization
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
- Ability to work in challenging & demanding timelines
