This role is within the Common Capabilities and its Financial Management Pillar supporting CSS products. The role will primarily support CSS (Finance and Risk Shared Services, Human Resources Shared Services & Business and Travel Shared Services) and responsibilities include:Responsibilities:Oversee all financials aspects supporting CSS and the products, including budgeting, headcount management, outlook planning, and consumption charges
Act as core interface with senior business leaders, finance, and senior internal stakeholders to manage CSS financials
Ensure delivery of high level & detailed monthly budget reports for each CSS product
Ensure delivery of senior-level easily digestible presentations of financial data, generating value through insights and storytelling of the “what and why” aspect of strategy
Manage relationships with CSS product heads, CSC site heads, and CAO’s to ensure proper support
Enable the standardization, transformation, and re-engineering of financial processes with respect to the pillar
Ownership and execution of strategic projects for report standardization, process simplification, elimination of non-value activities
Managing ad-hoc projects and analysis related to financials, headcount, and budgets/outlooks
Coordination across multiple groups CSS products/ FP&A/ O&T
Qualifications:2+ years of financial planning & analysis experience, preferably in a large organization
Ability to develop and implement organizational strategy and re-engineer processes
Ability to influence and interact with senior leaders and colleagues
Strong leadership and managerial skills to attract, retain, and develop talent for the function
Previous experience with financial systems strongly desired
Creative and forward thinking with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Advanced Excel and Basic SharePoint skills required
Develop Power Point presentation and write commentaries
