Job Description: " 8+ years work experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst Working knowledge of securities and financial instruments Strong experience in trade processing front-to-back, capital markets, operations, and support and control areas Experienced in business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis Experience in Trade Reconciliation is a plus Experienced in collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements, test plans and other project management artifacts Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME), including the skills to facilitate compromises, resolve conflicting requirements, and manage competing priorities Experienced in working across technology and business projects and managing inter-dependencies between them Data Oriented with excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills SQL skills is a must for Data Analysis.
