We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping to manage their accounts, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfactionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clientsResolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional mannerTrack account progress and provide regular updates to clientsAssist with new client onboarding and product/service implementationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are metPrepare and present reports and presentations to clientsEnsure accuracy of client information and account recordsUpsell and cross-sell services and products to existing clients when appropriate
