Job Responsibilities:Evaluate and decipher phone interactions for adherence to Bank Regulations and documented policies/ procedures, conducting research as needed to resolve questions

Self-starter with strong time management to effectively prioritize and complete work

Thorough review of results to ensure scoring accuracy

Analyze results and develop the ability to identify procedural gaps and error trends through active listening

Qualifications:Minimum of one year experience in Credit Card Operations and/or Auto Collections is preferred.

Possess strong analytical skills, statistical proficiency, and problem-solving skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Strong focus on attention to detail and collaboration skills

Able to work both independently and in a team environment

Detailed and deadline oriented, as well as, being able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Working knowledge of Chase Answers

Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation

WebStats/NICE/Recovery One/Kana system knowledge a plus

Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is a plus

Working knowledge of the quality principles is required.
