Job Description: Front-End Developer

Position Overview
SMCI is supporting a key client with a need for a passionate Front-End Developer to support an internal development team. This will be located near Downtown Tampa. This is a full-time opportunity to analyze, code, and develop up-to-date JavaScript features for web applications and functional UI for internal & external end-users. Day to Day this role will be utilizing expertise in JavaScript, Js frameworks, and C#/dotnet to create funtional UI for an Industry-leading organization.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience of hands-on development, writing/researching/analyzing new JavaScript UI features
  • Expertise within JavaScript and front-end development for internal applications
  • Strong Experience with AngularJS & versions of Angular 2+, or expereince w/ similar Js frameworks
  • Comfortable with C# or .NET Core fundamentals
  • Understands modern web standards and modular patterns.
  • Constantly testing/analyzing usability and learning about UI / front-end improvements (CI/CD)
  • Comfortable with agile/scrum development methodology.

    Preferred Experience
  • Recent TypeScript experience if he AngularJs
