Job Description: SMCI is seeking a Senior-level .NET Developer for a full-time employment opportunity located near Downtown Tampa, FL; working within an industry leading organization. You'll be responsible for developing and supporting enterprise web applications & eCommerce development using .NET Core, C#, Angular, Azure, and other tools for full-stack development in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Full-stack development and maintenance of .NET Core MVC applications using the Microsoft development stack (C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, Azure)
Front-end development using Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other JavaScript-based tools (important responsibility for this position)
Provide mentorship to Junior and Mid-level Developers (also an important responsibility)
Middle tier and backend development with Web Services (REST, WCF, Web API) and SQL Server
Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
Deliver clean, maintainable code and documentation
Adhere to industry best practices and contribute to internal coding standards
Participate in peer code reviews and provide mentorship to younger developers
Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
Ideal Qualifications:
7+ years or more of experience in full-stack C# .NET web application development.
Strong front-end development experience with Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other JavaScript-based frameworks and libraries.
Experienced with Visual Studio, Windows Forms, TFS/Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and other Microsoft-based tools for software development.
Experienced with web services (REST, WCF, Web API)
Knowledgeable in Agile software development
