- Set direction and strategy for assigned Cloud Disaster Recovery team.
- Establish team priorities and assign work to team members
- Develop in-depth understanding of DTCC operational requirements and business objectives
- Address recovery and resiliency requirements within solutions.
- Provide leadership in generating change proposals for service improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional project team meetings to support project delivery.
- Ensure thorough resiliency strategy that allows the business to meet recovery time and recovery point objectives
- Provide input into response to audit reviews.
- Participate in regulatory reviews and exams
- Create solutions that comply with key regulatory obligations, including protecting DTCC data and confidentiality.
- Manage the team to meet OKR targets by monitoring team progress towards metric targets and actively participating in Continuous Improvement-related initiatives to minimize unfavorable variances.
- Direct and ensure smooth workflow within the Team by staying informed and in touch with key elements of the organization beyond their Team and communicating key messages and updates in a timely manner.
- Maintain constructive relationships within and outside the Team. Fosters a collaborative environment.
- Ensure on-time delivery of work, including monitoring of external and internal dependencies, tracking of progress, and monitoring of project milestone accomplishments.
- Promote the professional development of Team personnel.

- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in management of Technical disciplines for Business Applications
- Familiarity with the regulations and industry principles for recovery and resumption as it relates to cyber
- Experience in Financial Services and/or FinTech industry, strongly preferred
