The group partners with the business and Risk teams to develop consistent approaches and practices that ensure we have the right checks and balances in place to minimize errors and issues. This includes driving front line controls remediation, control risk execution, and monitoring effectiveness throughout the enterprise.Within Global Business Risk and Control, the End User Computing (EUC) Enterprise Governance group provides end-to-end management of the EUC program for Citi.Essential Responsibilities: Organizational Scope and AccountabilityProcess OptimizationThe EEUC Enterprise Transformation Capability Enablement Lead will be responsible for providing program visibility, action planning and issue management of EUC related regulatory and management control initiatives across the firm. This is a global role that will work with senior leaders and their teams across business sectors and the second and third lines of defense (i.e. Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operational Risk, Credit Risk).

Balance and execute near-medium-long-term action plans and partners with large/complex country, region, or business requiring coordination and execution across units. Action plans are typically to address regulatory requirements and commitments under Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs), Issues Management / Corrective Action Plans (iCAPs), Consent Order (CO) initiatives and Business re-engineering initiatives

Provide project management leadership by coordinating multiple global program efforts including the transformation of the EUC program at the firm. This work includes re-engineering critical business processes, establishing communication and reporting routines and identifying critical skillsets gaps across lines of business and management.

Develop routines to assess emerging business risks from a variety of sources including Internal Audit, Compliance, business and functional stakeholders, including collaborating with EUC Enterprise Governance team members to self-identify areas of control improvement and integrate issues identified in other lines of business to identify and prioritize potential risks

Develop processes to create, review and challenge documentation of corrective action plans and Internal Audit reviews and Consent Order Deliverables.

Partner with training, communications, policy oversight, validation/assurance, strategy and reporting teams to identify areas of improvement and provide input to developing comprehensive training, EUC tooling development and process improvements for the EUC Program.

Partner closely with the Enterprise Controls Automation team to identify and bring to closure tooling related opportunities across the EUC program including replacing the disparate EUC toolsets (Portal, sharepoint, etc).

Work closely to provide input into Technology standards and practices including: the Citizen’s Development standard, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) standard, and Citi Software Delivery Life Cycle (CSDLC) standard.

Evaluate tool sets and make recommendations on tooling capabilities to achieve requirements for the EUC policy and Standards.

Understand critical data collection requests and design solutions to facilitate data collection efforts across all business segments. Work with the EUC Strategy team to define and implement both short term and long term solutions to critical requests.
