Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. Located in Tampa, Florida, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary to hire role.What you get to do every day- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Experience with IT support ticketing systems- 2+ years of prior experience- Understanding of basic networking concepts- Background working with Basic Network Troubleshooting- General familiarity with Group Policy- Earlier work involving Basic Troubleshooting- Good understanding of Hardware Troubleshooting- Adeptness in Active Directory- Demonstrated knowledge of GPO - Group Policy Objects- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Windows 10- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server- Ticketing System experience highly preferred- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business application Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
