- Quarterly objectives/projects to be set, with deadlines agreed in partnership with Snr HRBP
- Regular feedback from key internal stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and efficiency in information/advice given with all correspondence
- Adherence to HR process and policy in local jurisdiction
- Assist with the development and implementation of the global HR strategy across the business
- Working with the wider HR team globally to ensure successful roll out of policies, procedures and initiatives
- Building credible relationships across the business with senior stakeholders by collaborating and supporting on all HR best practices
- Being proactive by regularly discussing and reviewing employee performance and productivity with senior stakeholders
- Influencing and impacting senior stakeholders to make informed decisions on behalf of the business
- Ensure systems are maintained and updated with all relevant information in a timely manner and produce all necessary reporting. As well as training all employees on HR systems at all levels of the business
- Oversees and looks to improve employee fiscal life cycle i.e. inductions for new starters, collating and monitoring attrition levels, and analysing exit interview data
- Generate solutions and implements with input from more senior HR team members
- Uses data driven insights and management information to anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with stakeholders
- Assist in the formulation of objectives for HR policies & procedures as a whole and to improve employee experience
- Assure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility
- Effectively communicate and execute necessary changes to policies and procedures
- Perform advanced employee relations functions including employment investigations, problem solving and dispute resolution, disciplinaries and grievances, business settlements and terminations
- Handle workers compensation, first report of injury database and safety regulations process
- Coordinate and advise on all Leave of Absence programs and processes
- Understands and utilises escalation points as and when required
- Preferred SHRM or CIPD qualified (or currently studying) or equivalent qualification/experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR and/or International Business and/or Management
- Previous HR experience with proven experience of managing functions in a standalone environment
- Experience of coaching and mentoring managers in all aspects of HR and employment law
- Experience of working in a global business
- Minimum 5 years' experience
