Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a on a long-term contract basis.
Work Location: Tampa, FL Summary:- Works closely with the Problem Management Team to identify Root Causes.
- Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to achieve yearly targets for overall reduction of incidents. These will include restructuring of alerts, scheduling of jobs, alignment with Managers on proactive measures.
- Prevent further Incidents by working with Production Support/Development Teams and sharing research.
- Update the incident reporting with resolution information, liaises with Problem Management, Production Support, and Development on detection of possible trends.
- Develop and cultivate multi-functional / multi-sector partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Maintains and improves the Incident Management Process by working with Senior Stakeholders globally across sectors of our business lines.
- Minimum of 3 years in Technology Roles (experience in an IT related operational support role is preferred).
- ITIL Certified or 2 years working experience as an Incident Manager is preferred.
- Strong analytic skills and attention to details.
- Adept at finding solutions to problems and trialing different ways to find a resolution.
- Highly proficient interpersonal & communication skills while working with diverse audiences including skilled IT professionals to Executive Leadership.
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment.
