L3 SupportRoles & Responsibilities:- Mainly responsible for providing L3 or Tech support to Regional ETF Operations team.- Responsible for acting proactively on Incidents find root cause of the issue and assist Ops in completing their daily business activities with Zero business impact- Responsible for closing assigned Incidents- Responsible for identifying redundant manual activities or pain areas and plan automation- Expected to be interacting with Business Analysts, Operations and L2 Production support team - Responsible for stability of Production environment- Develop or implement any Tech mandatory Jira's- Other responsibilities as required Requirements:- Must know:

Core Java, Multithreading and Core SQL- Preferred: Experience with Core Java patterns, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Unix/Linux scripting- Experience with Jira, confluence, GIT
