The role is part of LMS Latam TTS Client Operations and is responsible to help lead an Operational Excellence culture and oversight of the execution of all quality and control priorities. The individual is expected to be a professional with control experience and excellent communication and diplomacy skills. The role is expected to contribute with significant control deliverables, providing guidance and support related to the operations of the business as stated below:Position Objective & Responsibilities:Liaison with Quality Controls & Governance Latam Heads to ensure alignment
MCA Governance & day to day management/testing of the CSC LMS Latam TTS Client Operations AU in GRC
Support the maintenance and control assessments of the Path 2 Excellence framework for LMS Latam TTS Operations
Support with Issue Management policy & procedures, including identification and formalization of operational issues that may represent a risk to the LMS Latam TTS Client Operations organization
Oversight of regulatory requirements impacting the LMS Latam TTS Client Operations organization including Regulatory Inventory Mapping
Oversight and compliance with general controls including Third Party Management Policy, Records Management, Information Security, COB, EUCs and others
Proactively identify risks that may impact the organization
Centrally track requirements, deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions, negotiate and agree prioritization of deliverables with various stakeholders for any corrective plans to ensure timely closure or escalation as required
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to department initiatives to implement process enhancements.
Lead identification and execution of key Compliance and Controls automation opportunities
Support Regional and Functional areas of controls with timely and effective dissemination of policy, operating standard issuances or changes, and other key communications ensuring comprehension of the same
Oversight of all changes to processes to ensure conformance to policies and operating standards
Independently test and manage LMS CSC Management Control Assessment requirements
Qualifications:5 years related experience with 2 years direct experience in quality related activities
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Experienced presenting facts and issues
Bilingual English/ Spanish required
Education:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
