We currently have an opportunity for a Network Support Technician 1 Contractor (NST1C) in Tampa, FL. Qualifications: • Phone and onsite support to assist customers requesting Level 2 support/requests and documenting all requests into the current ticketing system • Moves, adds and changes (MACS): Installs PCs and related computer equipment to departments and assist in establishing basic network connectivity; provides connectivity support for various network devices and equipment. • Network Connectivity Support: assists Departments in establishing and supporting network connectivity utilizing city standard network hardware. • Inventory and Asset Management: updates inventory and asset management systems to reflect new equipment acquisition and old equipment disposal; performs the annual T&I inventory. • Ability to lift minimum 30 pounds Our benefits package includes: • Comprehensive Medical Benefits • Competitive Pay, 401K • Retirement Plan • And Much More About TekPartners: TekPartners is one of the fastest growing private staffing firms in the United States.
