This role is responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, imaging and providing documents to requesters.The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with the organization's operations support infrastructure and processes. It is a hybrid role, requiring both remote and onsite availability since we need to mail documents and we have hard copy scanning that needs to be completed.
