OPERATIONS CENTER ANALYST

Type: Contract W2-There is no "per diem" with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not able to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.

Location: Tampa, Florida (Remote/on-site blend) Remote until COVID restrictions are lifted.

Length of contract: 6 months (possible extensions)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Required Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma.

Job Description:

Experience or knowledge of artificial intelligence, speech recognition technologies, or machine learning.
Understanding of Python and JavaScript.
Experience with speech recognition and CLP/NLU/NLG systems a plus.
Understanding of Speech/Voice User Interface/Natural Language Voice User Interface design a plus.
Experience or knowledge working with language translations or using language translation tools.
Spanish language speaker a plus.

What we are looking for:

Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries helpful.
Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of an organization.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English required.
