Description:Sr Project ManagerManager Notes:Looking for a project manager with experience with transformation projects at a governance level.MUST have 5 years of financial industry experienceMUST have very good communication skillsExperience with the Big 4 (KPMG, PWC, Client, E&Y) is a plusTampa OnlyThe Project Manager is a vital member of the Risk Transformation Program Management team. Reporting to the Lead Program Manager(s) they will provide project management expertise across risk projects and coordinate work across key pillars of Major Global Bank's Transformation plan including: finance, risk and controls, architecture and technology, data, and communication.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain Documentation Protocol ensuring all teams use same data collection parameters and meta data to enable consistent communication with a quick effective turnaround• Day to day ownership of program(s)/projects(s) related communication documents• Support Program management leads in their day to day ownership of program related communications• Support the program management leads with applied knowledge and skills in issues/resolutions/escalations related documentation• Support the program management leads in communications with business stakeholders to identify business needs, validate pain points, and determine the high-level value proposition / business case for implementing innovative solutions• Develop/analyse reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to stakeholder comunication• Collaborate with other project managers to promote an environment conducive to information exchange• Support other Risk Transformation projects, as neededQualifications:• Ability to build relationship with others• Understanding the perspective of stakeholders – thier concerns and challenges about the project• Interviewing skills to understand the needs and wants of stakeholders• Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives• Strong understanding of project lifecycle e.g. milestones and deliverablesListening skills• People-oriented – caring about the stakeholders and their needs, concerns and wants• Excellent quantitative, qualitative and analytical skills; being able to analyse data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues• Ability to motivate and engage others through influencing and persuading• 3-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management with proven success in project management and execution.• Experience in large multi-scrum team Agile projects will be a plus• Experience in supporting transformation projects and organizational change initiatives will be a plus• Ability to support a cross-functional project team with varied disciplines• A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to contribute• Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively within a heavily matrixed organization• Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude• Experience within the Financial Services or another regulated industry is preferred.Critical Competencies:• Oral Communication• Written Communication• Project Management• Relationship Building• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and people management skills164529Please see our complete list of jobs at:www.rmscorp.comVacancy expired!
