The QTS Testing Operations and Controls Analyst for Liquidity and Reg Capital Reports will provide support to the pillar on Trainings, Cross Report Analytics and Risk & Control, ensuring that the relevant activities are performed accurately and timely. This position will provide support to the Ops and Controls VP, as part of the transformation of the Enterprise Transaction Testing Program along with the monitoring and execution of the related controls and will work closely with the Liquidity and Reg Capital pillar lead.Key Responsibilities :The analyst will support the Liquidity and Reg Capital Pillar to:Monitor and ensure compliance of Process Reviews, EERS, Record Management, EUCs,
Training, CoB, etc.
Collect and monitor Manager's Control Assessment (MCA)
Collect and Assist with Issues / CAPs / Regulatory Commitments.
Monitor and assist Policy and Procedure Management - DTOM and SOP
Monitor, Track and support RBCM/Consent Order Initiatives
Present Cycle Results on various Data & Report Committees and Forums.
Administrative Tasks (R&C Pillar Lead KPI review (SLAs, quality, etc), sharepoint maintenance, Connectivity meetings, etc)
Manage cycle operations by working with Ops & Metrics Team on the cycle calendar and coordinating tasks for the report pillar, including setting up of kick-off calls, status calls and closing meetings with relevant stakeholders and organizing internal pillar meetings
Monitor day-to-day operations for report pillar and and provide updates to Ops & Metrics
Provide operational metrics required for various forums, ie- TTWG, TTOC, etc
Support adhoc requests for cycle-related data
Monitor completion of required trainings and implement a process to measure effectiveness of delivered trainings
Monitor report pillar team's compliance to required trainings
Additional Responsibilities may include :Support QTS’ transformation and automation opportunities.
Support the standardization Cycle Execution and Work Papers
Support on ad hoc, special requests and project management.
Providing input to training programs and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:5 + years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, Risk or Product Control, preferably at large financial institution.
Risk and Control knowledge is a plus.
Experience in Quality Assurance Testing a plus.
CPA certification and/or audit experience would be an advantage.
Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, aligned with excellent attention to detail and time management,
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate (oral and written) clearly to deliver analyses in a concise and logical manner.
Experience in working with working with colleagues /partners across multiple regions and business segments to deliver in a global organization.
Adaptable, flexible, Agile and able to respond to changes in priorities.

Possess strong team-oriented mindset.
Proactive and goal-oriented thinker, with ability to identify creative solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, working with big data and proven ability to learn and utilize new tools and systems
EducationBachelors / University Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
