Main office is located in Tampa FloridaOperational Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm ESTPosition Summary The Medicare Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing enrollment applications, determining eligibility of applicants, processing member maintenance tasks such as changes and dis-enrollments. (Medicare Enrollment Experience Preferred) • Work in a team environment and in collaboration on special projects • Responsible for processing enrollment applications, determining eligibility, processing member maintenance tasks such as changes and dis-enrollment processes • Documenting required information into the system where applicable • Meeting production and quality standards consistently while in an office and/or remote environment is required. • Multiple Job task within each role outlined may be assigned at times. • High commitment to being organized, accuracy, high quality work and detailed-oriented • Ability to think independently, make decisions, and be productive while adhering to company standards and guidelines • Must be driven and motivated to exceed individual and team goals • Professional behavior with courteous, polite, and energetic qualities • Ability to work flexible schedules at times (Mon - Sunday) • Required overtime where applicable (no exceptions) • Satisfactory attendance is a must - First 90 days - no time missed • Stable internet connectivity with 50mpbs speed • Stable power supply and backup in case of any outage • HS Diploma/GED (will be verified) - 2 yrs. experience preferred • Must have good reading and analytical/problem solving capabilities • Must be PC literate with 10-key proficiencies • Good communication and written skills • Typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy • May be required to have a camera on during working hours • Meet Minimum dress code requirements • Must be able to pass background check • Prior Medicare enrollment experience helpful but not required • Demonstrates knowledge of the business and applicable operational platformsVacancy expired!
