- Supporting (utility resource).
- Should have a strong background recruiting or sourcing in the prof. services/financial/baking industries.
- Needs to have deep experience in, and strong understanding of, consumer or commercial banking (general), Wealth Management (financial or risk analyst functions), data governance, fraud, banking operations, consumer banking products, etc.
- Must have a strong understanding of the overall consumer banking arena, the various licensures and regulations required to perform financial analyst or risk analyst roles.
- This sourcer will recruit for : Finance advisors, Wealth advisors etc.
- Strong Wealth Management background, either as a recruiter/HR, or on the business side. Understanding of Financial Advisor, Relationship Manager roles and the appropriate licensure that is required.
