DescriptionHumana's Resolution Learning & Development Team is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join them. Come grow with us! The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor primarily responsible for creating highly impactful performance solutions for new employee audiences. You will assess, design, develop and evaluate high visibility blended learning curricula, learning courses and performance support tools for a very complex New Hire Resolution Team audience. You will also provide thought leadership on learning industry best practices, agile development, innovative design methodologies and tools to drive engaging learning experiences that enhance new hire capabilities.ResponsibilitiesCOME GROW WITH HUMANA! Conduct training needs analysis, scope the project, create project plans and work collaboratively to determine the best solution and training modality

Conduct learning assessments to determine scope, audience and the most effective, engaging learning activities and course design that aligns with Humana, Inc. goals, operating principles and competencies

Develop dynamic, experiential training designs; including online and web based materials

Facilitate (ILT, webinars, VILT, etc.) learning solutions

Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of instructional design and consultation experience

Experience in creating VILT (Virtual Instructor Led Training) and e-Learning utilizing one or more of the following development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud)

Prior demonstrated capability leading teams and developing and maintaining a dynamic and high performing team culture

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work-At-Home RequirementsWAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree

Ability to work and communicate constructively with all levels of the organization (Department leaders, managers, individual contributors, learning peers)

Progressive business analytics experience with a focus on learning strategies and adult learning theories

Technical skills in virtual training platform and live training session delivery, such as such as Webex, Zoom, and Teams

Strong organizational and project management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
