Job Overview:
- Experienced and multi-talented Senior Multimedia Engineer with a strong technical background supporting/managing complex audio-visual infrastructure.

- Design systems with a wide array of AV equipment/services including video conferencing, audio systems, AV over IP, wireless microphone systems, control systems, and collaborative technology such as LED video walls and touch screen interfaces.
- Support testing, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies, including collaboration technologies, wireless presentation, and video conferencing equipment to increase service levels and reduce costs.
- Utilize global conferencing infrastructure to oversee/support global VTC environment, including coordination of firmware upgrades, provisioning of endpoints, and support of utilization by business users.
- Manage the Multimedia equipment lifecycle and maintain accurate inventory of AV assets.
- Utilize and support other multimedia infrastructure, including Crestron Fusion, Mersive Solstice Dashboard, IPTV, Dante Domain Manager, Cisco TMS, and ZOOM Management Portal.
- Oversee AV system installations, including on-site vendor coordination, system testing and quality control.
- Prepare high quality documentation.
- Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP, including H.320, H.323, SIP, Dante and NVX.
- Experience in the design and construction process, participating in architect and contractor meetings.
- 5+ years of multimedia support
- SME on multimedia products
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Required to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong computer aptitude including understanding of networking, desktops, mobile devices, AV and programming.
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable in a changing environment with shifting priorities which focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
