- Performs solution analysis in the course of technical discovery, solution design, development, and implementation as necessary to develop solutions
- Partners with functional groups within the organization to clarify and document functional and non-functional business requirements, use cases, and business rules.
- Creates workflow diagrams that reflect current and future states and performs gap analyses between current and future states
- Participates with the team to define test cases and support testing.
- Develops presentations to business and technical partners to communicate/sell findings and recommendations
- Degreed or related experience and at least 8 years of applicable business/solution analysis background
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Agile experience
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills with an emphasis on proactive brainstorming and debating dialogues
- Requires high energy, positive thinking, and an assertive personality that is perceived as professional, open, intelligent, and a remarkable contributor to any team
- Ability to read XML and JSON data models
- Data Mapping experience
- Knowledge of Life Insurance and ACORD is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Web Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) preferred
