- Should be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders as in business users, Sr. Management, other solution experts and domain specialists
- Experience in the work related to LIBOR and other related Banking domains like Credit Card and Rate Loans
- Hands-on with BA techniques, tools and terminologies
- Business solutioning whereby understand the existing system and plan the solution for the changes
