The Product Performance Management Senior Specialist is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.Responsibilities:

The Product Performance Management Senior Specialist partners across product disciplines, assists in managing the overall performance of a given product suite and monitors performance drivers for the products and portfolios

Maintains the Primary Business/Information Owner, Data Guardian (default to PBIO) and Data Guardian backup fields in CSI (https://archcntr.nam.nsroot.net/archcntr/tools/archcenter/newportal/Portal.aspx?pageid=3) . The PBIO is assigned as Data Guardian only if there is no other Data Guardian in place

Ensures compliance with Citi Standards and Procedures including Cross Border Data Clearance, Records Management and Information Security

Protection of test data, in conjunction with Application Manager and ISO, according to Data Protection Standards (DPS) (https://policydirectory.citi.net/cpd/layouts/15/DocIdRedir.aspx?ID=CPDPROD-13-12272) for Sensitive Data Management (SDM) in 5.2for identification and documentation of data elements, as well as completing formal approval process with ISO assistance.

Review and approve the Technical Recovery Time Capability (TRTC) in the Citi System Inventory (CSI) to confirm application functionality aligns with business needs

Manage production verification testing (PVT) accounts and monitor account usage with timely escalation of unusual activity

Facilitates the product development demand management process for Flexcube NAM, including prioritization of product backlog, securing funds,authoring user stories and test cases, and implementation business approval

Communicate production processes and fix status to broad user base and distribute follow-up communication and escalation to key stakeholders

Participates in and prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes, ensures products are delivered and adhere to all policies and regulations

Participates in/facilitates product discussions with partners in asset distribution, legal, credit risk, operations and systems capabilities to ensure seamless delivery of program expansions

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Manage issue and corrective action plan (CAP) discussions for Flexcube NAM to collaborate and advise partners on remediation actions and oversee actions for on-time completion

Oversee employee entitlement management system (EERS) feed and entitlement management, including attestation of entitlement roles and definitions, supporting quality assurance processes and approving access provisions requests

Establish guidelines and oversee controls to define record types and classification of application data, including record retention, data privacy and encryption

Manage annual attestation for enterprise-wide risk assessment processes, including determining the number of accounts and volumes

Drive Citi Information Risk Assessment System (CIRAS) review process as the business approver for IT Risk Classification (ITRC) and risk assessments

Manage the data lifecycle, including data consumption, data cataloguing, implementing data controls, monitoring data controls and managing data concerns

Review and approve temporary access to functional and emergency IDs to meet business requirements, as needed

Qualifications:

6-10 years of experience

Level of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline

Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals with e-commerce solutions preferred

Ability to make complex judgments and to provide solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives

In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions

Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations

Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers

Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
