Do you have food prep experience but always wanted to get into the beverage side of things? Now is your opportunity!
This a part time (20hrs/week) position that will start out as a light food prep position but once you have been adequately trained you will start to take on bartending shifts as well as food prep shifts. Our beverage program is cocktail focused so this is an opportunity to learn real bartending skills that you can take with you where ever you go.
Although this position does not directly entail serving oysters, we also have a unique omkase oyster bar program which we can always use help with from time to time. This makes having even a vague interest in oysters a plus!
requirements:
6 months+ experience food preping in casual and/or fine dining
professional demeanor
willingness to learn
timeliness
cleanliness
daytime availability during the week
18 years of age or older
Suggested requirements:
6+ months oyster shucking experience
cocktail bartending experience
21 years of age or older
No food and/or drink experience? We are willing to train the right candidate!
