Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, cleaning).
Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, or polyaspartic floor coatings.
Install decorative flakes, metallic epoxy, and custom overlays.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Provide exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in epoxy, painting, or flooring preferred (we will train the right candidate).
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
Willingness to travel for local job sites.
