We are seeking an experienced foreman. Foreman must have experience with complete site development & running heavy equipment. Need to have experience with rough grade to finish grade, parking lots, back of curbs, building pads, ponds. Need to have experience running heavy equipment. Some equipment we use includes grader, dozer, loader, roller, excavator, and mini excavator. Need to have experience laying pipe for storm drains, water, and sewer. Must also be ok with doing some manual labor. Duties could include hand raking, shoveling, and many other laborious tasks.
Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Pay depends on experience.
Need to be ok working in Florida’s summer heat all day.
