Maintenance Technician wanted, Deval Property Management LLC. is looking for an maintenance technician. This person must know some aspects of the job in the following fields, electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall, some grounds keeping, picking up trash, throwing furniture away, trashing out apartments, unloading and loading tiles, concrete, etc. professionalism is a must, team player is a must, understanding of being on call after hours and weekends, must be dependable and works well alone.
