Full time Maintenance/ Handyman wanted for General non-technical maintenance tasks at our Largo Motel.
Position will be
36hrs per week Monday through Saturday, 6hrs a day.
9-3 or 10-4. (Which ever is preferred)
Applicant must possess basic maintenance/handyman skills:
Duties will include all yard work, plumbing repairs, painting, General room updates. Removing and cleaning of window AC units and general upkeep of buildings inside and out.
Long term opportunity for mature individual who would enjoy working in a relaxed environment. Pleasant personality and attitude is a must.
Must be honest, trustworthy, reliable and self-directed and have basic tools.
Background check, Drug check and references are required.
Compensation from $18 an hour depending on skill set and experience.
