Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and outgoing Designer / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines graphic design, customer service, and sales responsibilities. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their orders, answering phones, and creating designs that exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Create custom designs for clients using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
Assist customers with inquiries and order details in person, over the phone, and via email
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
Drive sales by promoting our services and building strong customer relationships
Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain organized records
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs meet specifications
Requirements:
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience or a strong ability to promote and sell services
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
Friendly and professional demeanor
