JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a team of bathroom renovation experts who go the extra mile to ensure the highest quality customer service and solutions for the Clearwater and Tampa Bay area home's bathtub and shower remodeling projects. We are looking for an additional full-time member to our office customer service team to help run the daily customer service and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake various office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming calls of both prospect inquiries and customer service requests. Listen to the needs of the caller and schedule appointments as needed for sales or service.

Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, customer satisfaction surveys, schedule change notifications, and promote overall customer satisfaction.

Use the provided productivity tools to help manage all projects and workflow to ensure the team's efficiency in scheduling installs, services, and permits.

Maintain and update our prospect and customer database with complete and accurate information.

Deliver calls with an authentic cadence; by being transparent, compelling, and personable when speaking with prospects and customers.

Assist in customer service and installation inquiries.

Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Maintain communication with the team and your manager.

SKILLS:

Working knowledge of office equipment

Thorough understanding of office management procedures

Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy

Excellent organizational, multi-task, and time management skills

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

Ability to show empathy and be a people person

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Google Drive and overall computer competency
