We are looking for and Operations Manager for a busy Roofing company.
Must have computer knowledge.
Job Nimbus CRM.
RoofSnap or similar roofing estimating program experience.
Ordering materials.
Routing repair techs for work orders and other repairs.
Vehicle tracking system experience.
Multi municipality permitting knowledge a plus.
Safety knowledge a plus.
Job duties include permitting, scheduling inspections, crew scheduling, answering phones, scheduling estimates, entering customer information / appointments into the system, light cleaning, as well another assorted office tasks.
Must be flexible to cover when needed, standard schedule is 7am-4pm Monday-Friday. Drug free workplace. Bi Lingual a plus.
