We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/ Administrator to assist with bookkeeping and general administrative duties. Our Largo law firm has four full-time and one part-time employee.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for payroll using Paychex, accounts payable and accounts receivable, create, review, revise and send billing/invoices using PC Law, limited collections work and notify the attorneys of any delinquent accounts. The ideal candidate would work with an outside CPA for tax purposes. Prior experience working in a law firm is preferred. Knowledge of the programs we use, Amicus and PC Law is also preferred.
