Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Collect payments on past due bills.
Create a list of people who have not made payments. Organize list according to severity of delinquency.
Call customers and utilize texting.
Must be extremely fluent with the computer and the internet.
Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
Attempt to collect payment.
Listen to customer's story and determine if debt can be collected and how. Set up repayment plans after management's approval.
Process extensions to get customer current with management's approval.
