Zara Property Management is in search of a dynamic property management director who can take our business the next level. Zara is a new division of an existing operation with established accounts including mobile home parks, single and multi family properties.
Our clients include high net worth individuals and institutional investors who expect the highest level of service and professionalism. We need someone who can "drive" the business, not just administrate and will be rewarded based on performance.
You will be operating in the capacity of a business owner not a mico-managed "employee" with resources to expand and enhance the business.
Candidates must retain the following to be considered:
1-Experience running a 200+ door operation of single and multi family
2-Current and valid Florida real estate agent/broker license (CAM preferred)
3-Experienced with Appfolio and have basic accounting knowledge
4-Bilingual (Spanish) and able to communicate effectively with owners and tenants
5-Have reliable transportation and be able to travel a 4 county radius
6-Work nights and weekends as needed
7-Help promote the business through networking, and attending REI meetings
8-Lease properties, achieve target rents and drive tenant revenue streams
9-Able to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports and projections
10-Have a winning no quit positive attitude, have fun and the potential to earn 100K+ per year
