- Support the delivery of business solutions by working with key collaborators
- Facilitate meetings with business partners to analyze requirements and document them
- Build partnerships with business owners to help define requirements, identify operational improvement opportunities and guide the execution of those requirements into business solutions
- Support internal clients in onboarding new products and roles
- Assist team in validating business solutions, upgrades and conversions
- Support audit & regulatory needs providing reports and explaining the SDP
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on functional changes
- 3 - 5 years of Relevant experience
- Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
- Data analysis - Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of a wireframe tool and JIRA is a plus
- Working experience on DB2 database is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to present non-technical details to a technical audience
- Proficiency with HTML and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Ability to embrace a collaborative approach to requirements development and refinement
