POSITION: Over night part time security professional
ESSENTIAL TASKS
Ensure that all gates are locked at scheduled times.
Ensure that all tag numbers are recorded after midnight.
Maintain constant presence on property.
Ensure that the property is free of theft.
patrol all areas constantly by way of foot and golf cart.
Ensure that the public does not access unauthorized areas without authorization.
Maintain visual surveillance of all possible unwanted persons on property
Respond to emergencies, disturbances, or other problems as observed or when called upon.
Contact police or medical personnel as may be required and in accordance with company policy.
Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
Operate the golf cart in a safe manner and charge the battery when done or after shift
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ensure you have all materials and equipment that you need complete the task you've been assigned
Operate with the highest degree of integrity as you never know who is watching you!

Complete all other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
Ability to remain calm and instill order during an emergency or crisis situation.
Ability to communicate information and expectations in clearly understandable language and voice.
Ability to anticipate and/or de-escalate disturbances or unruly persons.
Ability to use telephone and two-way radio.
Ability to work well with others to maintain positive working relationships.
Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to solve problem
Ability to effectively document and record information
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
High school diploma or the equivalent required.
Class D License is required.
Two years experience in security, police work, EMT or other safety related function sufficient to learn standard security practices and skills preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Ability to physically remove an unruly patron from the premises.
Ability to access all areas of facility.
Ability to stand,walk and patrol for up to 10 hours in all weather conditions.
Ability to maintain good attendance as well as work over night.
OTHER:
Maintain company issued uniform and always present a professional appearance.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
