Exocera is looking for a superstar field salesperson to grow our porcelain tile business across the Tampa Bay area.
Key Responsibilities
Visit flooring stores, tile shops, contractors, builders and architects across Tampa Bay.
Open new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
Present ZROK porcelain tile collections and close pallet & container-level deals.
Track leads, visits and orders in simple daily reports (WhatsApp/CRM).
Coordinate with the Tampa warehouse team for deliveries, samples and displays.
Requirements
Bilingual – Spanish & English (mandatory).
2+ years in field sales (building materials / flooring / construction preferred).
Confident closer, comfortable with cold visits and follow-ups.
Valid driver’s license and daily access to a car.
Strong communication, presentable, and hungry to earn.
Compensation
Base Salary: $45,000+ per year
Commission: Attractive, performance-based (no hard cap)
Mileage/gas support + product & sales training.
Urgent hire – immediate starters preferred.
